Please note that product availability is subject to stock. We make every effort to maintain accurate stock counts on our website; however, occasional discrepancies may occur, resulting in the inability to fulfill all items in your order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you to discuss whether you'd prefer to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you'd prefer to receive a refund.

3. Returns
3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Fidech is happy to accept returns due to a change of mind, as long as we receive the return request within 30 days of receiving the product, and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.
The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and should arrange for the transportation themselves.
Once we receive and accept the return, we will process the refund. Once completed, we will notify you via email.
Please note that we will refund the value of the returned products but will not refund any shipping charges that were paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Fidech is committed to honoring valid warranty claims. To ensure eligibility, please submit your claim within 90 days of receiving your items.
Upon receiving your items for a warranty claim, Fidech will promptly process your request within 7 days.
Once your warranty claim is confirmed, we will dispatch a replacement item to you.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Delivery Time
We have warehouses in the United States, some European countries and China. The exact delivery time depends on a combination of the shipping warehouse, product inventory status, and the shipping address.
The delivery time for your order consists of two parts:
Order processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. We process orders during weekdays (Monday to Friday). Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after the order date.
Parcel transit time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from our warehouse to your destination. International shipments usually take approximately 12-20 working days. For U.S. orders, they are typically dispatched from a local warehouse and transported using local logistics services. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take 5 to 8 days to reach their destination, although it may occasionally take longer.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation for your order within 5 working days after payment, please contact us.
4.2 COVID-19’s Impact on Shipping
Please be aware that shipping times may experience delays due to evolving shipping regulations amidst the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. We want to assure you that your package will be promptly shipped, and Fidech will actively collaborate with you to track its progress.
4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days following payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates on standard business days from Monday to Friday, with the exception of national holidays when the warehouse remains closed. In such cases, we have measures in place to minimize any potential shipment delays.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of shipping address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Fidech will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will fulfill the available products and reach out to you to determine whether you'd like to wait for the backordered item to be restocked or if you'd prefer to receive a refund.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
5. Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, customers will receive an email containing tracking information, allowing them to monitor the status of their shipment using the latest updates provided by the shipping provider.
6. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you discover any damage to your parcel during transit, please consider rejecting it upon delivery by the courier and immediately reach out to our customer service. If the parcel has already been delivered in your absence, kindly contact our customer service for further instructions.
7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes will be pre-paid, with no additional fees due upon arrival in the destination country.
8. Cancellations
Only orders that have not yet been shipped can be canceled. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured up to the value stated by the courier against loss and damage.
